Thank you for choosing Spark Mate Services. We appreciate your trust and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund.
By purchasing a subscription on our platform, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Services & Non-Returnable Nature
Spark Mate Services offers digital, subscription-based services, not physical products.
Once a plan is activated, the user gains immediate access to digital features, matchmaking tools, and communication functionality.
As these are intangible services, they cannot be returned, and therefore do not fall under traditional return policies.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
A. Duplicate Payment
If a user is charged twice for the same plan due to a technical or payment gateway error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
B. Payment Failure But Amount Debited
If money is deducted from your account but the subscription is not activated, we will initiate a refund or activate the plan upon confirmation from the payment gateway.
C. Unauthorized Transaction
If you notice an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, notify us immediately at sparkmatecare@gmail.com.
We will coordinate with the payment processor to investigate the issue.
Refunds Are Not Provided For:
Change of mind after purchase
Personal preferences
Inactivity on the platform
Misinterpretation of features
Service experience that varies from user to user
Since the service is accessible instantly after payment, refunds based on usage dissatisfaction cannot be issued.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund (where applicable):

Provide the following details:
Full name
Registered email
Phone number
Date of transaction
Amount paid
Reason for refund request
Proof of deduction (screenshot or bank SMS)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
It may take 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription anytime, but:
Cancellation does not make users eligible for a refund.
The plan will remain active until the end of the purchased period.
If auto-renewal is enabled (if implemented later), users will have the option to disable renewal in advance.
